Welcome to VIPluxurytravelservices we are based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. By accessing our website https://www.vipluxurytravelservices.com/ or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

VIPluxurytravelservices provides high-end travel and concierge services including:

Excursions and guided experiences

Rental vehicles and professional chauffeur service
Airport pickups and drop-offs
Airbnb booking assistance
Personalized itinerary planning
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when booking.

3. Bookings and Payments
Services require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in USD or DOP and may include applicable taxes and service fees.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash (only for select in-person services).

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent to you.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Excursions & Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Airbnb & Accommodation Services: Follow the cancellation policy of the respective platform or host. Our booking support fees are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in partial or no refund.

5. Changes and Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Client Conduct and Responsibility
Clients are expected to respect our staff, drivers, and guides, as well as local laws and customs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if a client’s behavior poses a risk to safety, comfort, or legal compliance.

7. Liability Disclaimer
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

VIPluxurytravelservices is not responsible for injury, property loss, delays, or cancellations due to weather, force majeure, or third-party issues beyond our control.

For excursions involving physical activity, clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect and use your information.

9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website. Any unauthorized access, hacking, data scraping, or illegal activity will result in termination of access and may be reported to authorities.
