Refund & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Refunds: Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or missed without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with this policy.
Emergency Policy Exception
We understand that emergencies can happen unexpectedly. In the event of a personal or medical emergency, we may offer a one-time exception to our 24-hour refund and rescheduling policy.

Clients must notify us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.

Documentation may be required to qualify for an exception (e.g., medical note or proof of emergency).

Approval of emergency exceptions is made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
